Personal Safety Training are a group dedicated to the identification, classification and prevention of attacks on the person, by individuals or groups of individuals.  We seek, through education and training, to supply course attendees with the tools to ensure their personal safety.

Formed in 1996, the Personal Safety Training.com has been actively involved in the personal safety training field with courses initially designed for individuals and groups.  These include Women’s Self Defence Courses, Self Defence for the over 50’s, Leisure Industry Personal Safety Courses, Personal Safety Seminars, Personal Safety Policy Advice. 

Earl Walker, who remains the chief trainer, formed the group to address a specific area where expertise seemed to be lacking.  Earl is a Martial Arts expert of many years standing who has had two decades of experience training in industry, he is an ex boxer, martial artist, security consultant, and media commentator.  With many years of experience in industry, and a great deal of experienced gained in dealing with the public, in addition to the theoretical side of Personal Safety Assessment and Safety Training, Earl brings a wealth of practical, hands on experience.

All of our trainers are experienced, have undergone rigorous vetting, have CRB clearance, and have been trained to present the courses in a simple, straightforward and understandable manner.  Personal Safety is not a mysterious art, it is a skill that can be taught, and understood by anyone of average intelligence, provided that the basics are conveyed properly.  Our experts can also advise on Personal Safety Policy, can offer Personal Safety Risk Assessments at your facilities, and advise on the law as it relates to Self Defence and Personal Safety.
