The tuition is designed to show you how to avoid attack, or in the situation where you are attacked, how to fight back. The tuition can cover anything from dealing with a nuisance, to protecting yourself from, and coping with, an attacker. You are entitled to feel safe and this course will give you the tools to ensure that you do

Our Self Defence Experts can provide one to one and group tuition in Self Defence, based around sound, simple techniques, the object is to instruct in all aspects of Self Defence. The program, which is suitable for everyone, will be tailored to specific needs. Many of the programs are specifically designed to fit in with lifestyle. We have provided specialist Self Defence tuition sessions including: Basic Self Defence, Prevention and Avoidance Strategies, Self Defence for the Traveller (Backpacking), Self Defence in a Youth Club environment, Self Defence
No specialist clothing is required; tracksuit bottoms, leggings or a leotard and a T-shirt should be worn. Jewellery should be removed or covered with a sticking plaster during lessons, to avoid the possibility of injury. You are not required to be particularly physically fit, however if you are significantly overweight, have not exercised for a long period of time, or suffer from diabetes, heart, respiratory or back problems, it is advisable to consult your doctor before commencing any type of physical training.
A Certificate of Attendance is presented to all participants, and attendees are requested to complete a feedback form on completion of the course, in order that we can continue to improve our workshops and courses.

The contents of these courses have been discussed and approved by a Police Crime Prevention. Earl Walker is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Ju Jitsu, Level 1 Qualified Ju Jitsu Instructor,, ex boxer , ex bouncer, and has run a large number of very successful Self Defence Seminars. He runs 5 Ju Jitsu clubs in Essex.
